Main Outfall Drainage (MOD) Water Treatment Plant
Multidisciplinary civil, structural, mechanical, piping, electrical and related construction works, executed through multiple call-off packages: reinforced concrete process tanks, treatment buildings, pipe racks, drainage, water-intake works and plant infrastructure.
Water Intake Works
Excavation, embankment shaping and stone rip-rap armor placement for the protected water-intake channel feeding the Main Outfall Drainage (MOD) Water Treatment Plant.
Nano-Filtration & Marshal Buildings
Construction of Nano-Filtration and Marshal Building facilities, including civil and structural works, mechanical/electrical interfaces, embedded items, HVAC, fire suppression, steel-structure elements and seven rolling doors.
Grit Removal, Stabilization & Ultrafiltration Tanks

UF Pipe Racks (UF1 & UF2)
Construction of the foundation, steel structure, and accessories of the pipe rack serving Ultra-Filtration units UF1 and UF2.
NF Pipe Rack
Construction of the foundation, steel structure, and accessories of the pipe rack serving the Nano-Filtration (NF) building.
Transformers & High-Voltage Substation Works
Construction and installation of 18 transformers, including two high-voltage 33kV/11kV units, with the remainder stepping from 11kV into 220kV.
Pump Skids
Installation of pump skids with motors, piping and overhead crane under steel-framed canopies.
Anti-Surge Vessels
Erection and installation of the anti-surge vessels protecting the plant's pumping and pipework.

Office of Statistics, Suq Al-Shyookh
Building construction works for the Office of Statistics project, including civil and building works, labor and material supply, quality and safety compliance, and completion per contract requirements.
